    2. Chose Your Dress: When you find the perfect dress available for your event date, you can make a booking by paying 50% of the rental price.

    3. Pick Up Your Dress: Your dress will be ready for pick up, dry cleaned and in perfect condition, one day before your event.

    4. Complete Payment: When you pick up your dress, simply complete the remaining 50% of the rental price.

    5. Enjoy Your Rental: The standard rental period is 3 days, allowing you to have your dress for your event and one day after. If you need more time, extensions are available.

  • Yes. We operate by appointment only to ensure a personalized, relaxed experience. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to you, provide styling guidance, and avoid overcrowding in the showroom.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page, whatsapp or email. We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

  • Sure. You have 30 days before your event to change your booking. After that the dress selection is secured.

  • Yes, cancellations are allowed up to 30 days in advance.

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are subject to a 20% booking penalty, which will be deducted from the deposit.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

  • YES! Become a supplier in 4 easy steps:

    1. Fill in the form, DM or WhatsApp us photos of your dress(es) with some details (brand/designer or not, Retail price, Size…)

    2. We review your item(s)

    3. We schedule an appointment to collect the dress in our showroom

    4. You start gaining a 50% share of each rental
